1. General Store Terms & Website Usage

These terms govern your use of the H.M. Shah Jeweller website, catalog browsing, consultation services, and promotional campaigns. By accessing our services or submitting inquiries, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Catalog & Live Precious Metal Rates

H.M. Shah Jeweller Specialises in 18 karat italian designer jewellery:

• Indicative Pricing: Due to daily fluctuations in international and local bullion markets, prices listed on the website or communicated via inquiry are indicative. Final prices are determined at the time of showroom invoicing based on live bullion rates, metal purity, net weight, and making charges.
• Product Photography: All images, videos, and product depictions on this website are high-resolution representations of actual handcrafted pieces. Minor variations in natural gemstone color or hand-carving details may occur.

3. "Spin the Wheel" Campaign Rules

The Spin the Wheel campaign is a voluntary promotional event offering users a chance to win exclusive rewards. By spinning, you agree to the following campaign-specific criteria:

• Eligibility: Only one spin is permitted per individual/device per 24 hours. Verification is tracked using device verification records and registered mobile/email addresses.
• Deduplication Policy: Any attempt to exploit, bypass, or manipulate constraints using VPNs, proxy networks, multiple devices, browser automation, or fake profiles will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards and legal actions.
• Claim Validity: Rewards are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of generation. Unclaimed rewards automatically expire.

4. Verification & Reward Redemption

To claim a reward won via the Spin the Wheel widget, the participant must strictly adhere to the following redemption sequence:

• A secure 4-digit Claim Code must be triggered and sent directly to the winner's registered email address from our verification system.
• The customer must physically visit one of our official showrooms (Showroom 1 or Showroom 2) and present the live Claim Code to the store manager.
• Screenshots, static logs, video recordings, or custom values will not be accepted. The code must match the active, unexpired verification record in our official store system.
• Claims cannot be processed online, via phone, or via third-party agents. The winner must collect the reward in person.
• Bill will be issued only in the name of the person who has won the prize with proper ID and proof.
• Rewards cannot be transferred or used for someone else.

5. Discretion & Exclusion of Liability

H.M. Shah Jeweller maintains absolute authority over all claims:

• Discretionary Claims: The management of H.M. Shah Jeweller reserves the absolute, non-negotiable right to reject, refuse, or withhold any reward or discount code at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or explanation.
• Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by the management regarding participant qualification, code validity, deduplication blocks, and reward disbursement are final, absolute, and legally binding.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, store credits, or swapped for other items.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website—including logo designs, photography, product images, brand artwork, design layout, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of H.M. Shah Jeweller and protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, downloading, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Jurisdictional Authority

All promotions, agreements, and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
