1. In-Showroom Inspection & Direct Purchases
As a boutique jewellery house, H.M. Shah Jeweller provides full physical inspection, purity testing, and weight verification for all pieces at our Borivali showrooms prior to purchase finalization.
- In-Store Returns: Once a piece is inspected, certified, and purchased at the showroom, cash refunds are not issued. Purchases may be eligible for exchange under our Buyback & Exchange Guarantee.
- Defects / Discrepancies: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect discovered within 7 days of purchase, please bring the item along with the original tax invoice and authenticity certificate to our showroom for evaluation and repair or replacement.
2. Custom & Bespoke Orders
For custom handcrafted bridal jewellery, bespoke gemstone settings, or personalized engravings:
- Advance Deposits: Advance deposits for custom orders cover raw materials (gold bullion, certified diamonds) and master craftsman design hours.
- Cancellations: Custom order cancellation requests submitted prior to metal melting or stone setting will be refunded minus a nominal design & processing fee. Once craftsmanship or metal casting has commenced, advance deposits are non-refundable.
3. Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Guarantee
We stand behind the purity of every piece we sell. Customers seeking to exchange or return gold and diamond jewellery purchased from H.M. Shah Jeweller can avail of our Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Guarantee:
- Gold Jewellery: Exchanged at prevailing live market gold rates based on actual net gold weight after melting and purity testing.
- Certified Diamonds: Exchanged per current stone valuation policies accompanied by original lab certificates.
- Original tax invoice and certificate of authenticity must be presented at the time of buyback or exchange.
4. Promotional Rewards & Voucher Code Claims
